I visited the Chan restaurant in winter time. The dark, “mystic” atmosphere impressed me. The sushi I had was carefully prepared and super tasteful, the service was equally satisfying. It was really the best sushi I have ever had! A bit expensive, comparing to other restaurants in Thessaloniki, but totally worth it. I was there with two friends and we paid 80€. Of course comparing to European restaurants the price sounds reasonable.
